New Feature: IdChek

• IdChek allows the Verifier to digitally verify the Borrower’s identity. This currently requires an integration through the Borrower API. Contact your Account or Integration Rep for more information. 

New Feature: Pre-Fill of 1003

• Our API now provides the ability to create a pre-filled Fannie Mae 1003 version 3.2 file, saving time for the borrower and lender.
• We can pre-fill up to 80% of the 1003 by combining information from a successful IdChek order (required), VOA (required), and Employment report (optional).
• The Pre-fill report data has two response types: 1) the JSON of the pre-fill report object in the API Fannie 1003, and 2) the serialized Fannie 1003 version 3.2
• This functionality currently requires an integration through the Borrower API for IdChek and three new Verifier API endpoints.
