Why: Refreshing allows you to retrieve the borrower's most up-to-date account transactions.
Where: To refresh an order created in Roostify, you must find the order in the AccountChek Dashboard or Encompass users can import the order into Encompass. You will find directions for each platform below.
Refreshing in the AccountChek Dashboard
First you must locate the report you would like to refresh in the AccountChek Dashboard. This can be done by navigating to the AccountChek Dashboard (verifier.accountchek.com) and logging in.
After login, you will be taken to the Orders Dashboard, which will display all orders created by you and those that you have permission to view.
Using the search bar in the top-right corner, you can search for a particular order by Borrower Name or Reference #. You can also click Show Advanced Search to search by properties like Order Status or Date.
Select the report you would like to refresh and click the Generate Updated Reports button
In the New Report window that opens, begin by selecting your desired period of Account History from the available options.
All borrower-linked accounts will be displayed in the Accounts on Report section. Here, simply deselect any accounts you would like omitted from the new report and verify that all desired accounts are checked.
Finally, double check all the information and press the Create button to queue the generation of the new report.
Refreshing in Encompass
First you must import the report you would like to refresh into into Encompass. To do this, locate the Reissue Key or Report ID in the top-right corner of the report.
Once the ID/Key has been located, paste it into the Reissue Key / Report ID field on the Order Management tab of the AccountChek Encompass integration and press Import. Details of the new report will then appear in the Check Order Status box and can be managed from there.
Once the borrower has successfully linked their accounts and a report has been generated, the order can be refreshed. At any point while the order is still open, you can choose Refresh Report from the Available Actions column and press Go to generate a new report with updated asset information and transaction history
Once Refresh Report has been selected, you will be able to select the amount of Account History you would like on the refreshed report.
Note: Please note that extended history (365 and 731 Days) must be enabled by your system administrator before they will appear in the drop down list.
Once the amount of Account History has been selected, you can select which accounts you would like to appear on the Refreshed Report. You can select any amount of accounts you would like for the report.
Once the desired accounts have been selected, please select Create and a Refresh Request will be submitted.
