Once there, type in the email address associated with your already existing AccountChek credentials and press Email Reset Link. You will receive a temporary reset link by email. Follow the instructions to reset your password. 

If you do not receive the reset email, first ensure that your email client didn't send it to your spam or junk folders. If this is not the case, you may not be set up in the system or may be provisioned under an alternate email address. In this event, please reach out to and request assistance so we can verify that you are set up and help resolve the issue.

Finally, if your password reset link expires before you get to it, please repeat the above steps to send yourself a new link!
