The AccountChek Dashboard should operate without any issues on Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera. Clearing your cache or performing a hard refresh for your browser may solve any issues that you’re experiencing.  


Microsoft Edge

Step 1: Select Settings and more  > Settings  > Privacy, search, and services.

Step 2: Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear. 

Step 3: Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu.

Step 4: Select Clear now. 


To perform a hard refresh: Press Ctrl on your keyboard while clicking the Refresh button in Microsoft Edge. Or press Ctrl + Fn + F5 on your keyboard.


Mozilla Firefox

Step 1: Click the menu buttonFx57Menuand select Options.

Step 2: Select the Privacy & Security panel.

Step 3: In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data

Step 4: With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear Button. 


To perform a hard refresh: Press Ctrl + Fn + F5 on your keyboard.


Google Chrome

Step 1: On your computer, open Chrome.

Step 2: At the top right, click More More.

Step 3: Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.

Step 4: At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Step 5: Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

Step 6: Click Clear data.


To perform a hard refresh: Press the Ctrl key on your keyboard while clicking the Reload button in Chrome or Or press Ctrl + Fn + F5 on your keyboard 


Due to Google's implementation of cookie-handling in Incognito mode, our service is unavailable in Chrome Incognito windows.


Safari

Step 1: Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.

Step 2: Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.

Step 3: Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.

Step 4: Select Clear now.


To perform a hard refresh: Press Shift on your keyboard while clicking the Refresh button in Safari or press Command + Option + R on your keyboard. 


Opera

Step 1: In the title bar of the browser window click on the Opera or on the Menu button.

Step 2: In the following menu Settings chose the item Data and Security.

Step 3: Below the Headline Privacy you'll find the button Delete Browser data.

Step 4: Select the time period Since Installation to delete the whole browser cache.

Step 5: Enable the checkbox next to Images and Files in Cache.

Step 6: Confirm your settings with the Button Delete Browser Data.

Step 7: Reload the website.
