Orders can be placed directly from the main Orders dashboard. To place an order, click + New Order in the top-right corner.
Once the New Borrower Order window opens, begin filling out the borrower's information. At a minimum, fill out the First Name, Last Name, Last 4 SSN, Email, and Reference # fields.
You will then need to select your desired verification. At least once verification must be requested.
You will need to select what account monitoring period you desire for this order. Clicking on the Choose Refresh Period drop-down menu will provide a list of your available options. Common options here are 1 Day (No Refresh), 30 Day, 60 Day and 90 Day. Be sure to select a refresh period that covers your anticipated time to close.
After selecting the desired Refresh Period, you will be able to press the Submit Order button (circled in red below). If desired, you can provide a mobile number (circled in blue) for the borrower, which will send a courtesy text if this option is enabled for your organization. Once you are satisfied, click Submit Order to place the order and send an email to your borrower requesting that they share their accounts. This concludes the ordering process!
