First, check to see if the institution is supported. If the institution is a credit union, try searching using "CU" or "FCU" in place of "credit union" or "federal credit union", respectively.


If you still cannot find the institution, you can place a request to have it added by clicking Submit a request in the online dashboard here or contacting us at 

helpdesk@accountchek.com. Please provide the full name of the institution and the online banking URL.


Adding institutions can take some time, so you may want to request that your borrower provides statements in this scenario.
