This report, shortened to DVOE, is available as a report generation option in the AccountChek Verifier Dashboard. It is intended for use with Freddie Mac’s Asset and Income Modeler (AIM).
Once a borrower has successfully linked and shared any number of asset accounts on an order, select the “Generate Updated Reports” link located under the Asset Accounts section.
In the “New Report” window, select the DVOE option in the Report Type section, as shown below. Click the “Create” button to begin the process of report generation.
Once the report has generated, it can be retrieved by re-entering the Order Details page and clicking the “Download DVOE” button, as shown below. These reports will populate their own Report IDs and Reissue Keys.
