If you don't remember the credentials to access your payroll account, you need to reset your credentials.

You can do so easily by clicking Forgot your credentials.

Once you click on Forgot your credentials please follow the instructions on the screen.

After resetting your credentials, you can try to log in again with your updated credentials.

If your account has been blocked or suspended you may need to reach out to your HR department.
