What is happening?
AccountChek is migrating its Client Test Environment (CTE) infrastructure to an updated platform. As part of this migration, the global IP addresses for web services will be updated as outlined below.

Old IP Address: 13.90.225.21
New IP Address: 20.75.237.104
Affected customers: API Integrations customers.
Website: https://Validatorapi.accountchek.net
Old IP Address: 52.151.204.93
New IP Address: 20.75.237.104
Affected customers: API Integration customers using the Validator API
Application: Webhook notification service
New IP Address : 165.236.184.227
Affected customers : API Integrations will receive webhooks notifications from this IP address.
Note: there is no change to functionality as part of this update.
What Action do you need to take?
If your organization utilizes IP address whitelisting, please ensure that the following IP addresses are added to your allowlist prior to the scheduled transition on March 20, 2026:
20.75.237.104
165.236.184.227
This will help prevent any service interruptions during the transition.
Production Notification
A similar update will be made to the Production environment later this spring. Well send a separate notification before that change takes place.
