For certain payroll providers, you might be prompted to enter a Company Subdomain or Organization ID. You would see a screen like this:

If you are prompted for a company subdomain, you can find it by going to your employer's payroll portal and looking at the domain.

For example:

If your company's payroll URL is "xyzcompany.ultipro.com", the subdomain you should enter in the Citadel Bridge is "xyzcompany".

Workday - Organization ID

Workday accounts need an Organization ID. If you don't know how to find it, you should log into your Workday account, click on profile (small photo on the top right of your page), then click on "My Account" and then open "Organization ID". It will say "You're connected to: organization_id". Please copy your organization_id and paste it into the field in the Citadel Bridge.
